Noelle graduated from Chapman in May with a degree in communications and a minor in dance. Freeman, who performed a “Black Swan” dance variation for her talent offering, received a $10,000 scholarship from the Miss California pageant.

She has provided her makeup service and product to the new Miss California every year since 1993 and has been involved with the Miss Santa Clara Pageant since 1990.
